In order to Help us with our site plan to be completed, we ask that your club lets us know you are coming so we can allocate the amount of space needed for your club display , All club sites that will be erecting marquees, need inform the us so we can accommodate and make the area accommodating as possible for your needs. if your club could also nominate a person who could also be the spokes person for your club when contacting us at automania that will make the organization allot easier and in case your club wins best club site or any of the other prizes throughout the automania experience we can contact this person during the weekend before prize giving to arrange a someone to be the person to collect the prize.

We would also request that any erections e.g. marquees be erected on or before Friday march 3rd at 9pm .

club sites are not retail sites and can only sell club apparel.

your club can put up sign age promoting your club through automania 2006 with the permission of the organizers

Display vehicles driver free admittance, all passengers adults $8.00ea per day, children under 13 yrs and accompanied by an adult are free.

All forms of non related car clubs ,are welcome to a free site to promote their club activities in designated areas ,however all members attending will be subject to adults $8.00ea per day Gate fee.

We hope to see a large variety of clubs attending.

Each club will be responsible for their member's behavior .

Each club will be responsible to keep their area clean and tidy.

Prize Giving.

prize for best club, best car etc will be at 3-30pm, March 4th 2006,.

Due to the popular demand for sites, we ask your club books asap so your club gets allocated the best location possible

Any clubs turning up on days of the event wanting a club site who have not pre booked will be given only remaining areas and not prime locations

Camping sites are available at a fee of $5 per adult, per night, Kids under 13 Free, this is to help cover some of the expense of toilets and Free Hot showers etc.

No Animals are permitted on the site at all times as per council regulations.

Also NO glass bottles will be allowed on the site
